On February 10, 2025, KCT Business School hosted an industry led session on “Market Dynamics in the B2B Context” for 55 II MBA students (Batch 2023-25) specializing in Marketing Vertical. The session was facilitated by Mr. M. Balaji, Head – Marketing Operations, Janatics Pneumatics, Coimbatore.
Mr. M. Balaji has over 23 years of diverse experience in Janatics and has managed marketing operations across India and shared his valuable insights into B2B marketing and buyer behavior, offering
- practical perspective on navigating complex business environments
- ability to build lasting relationships and adapt to the evolving marketing landscape.
Mr. Balaji gave an overview and elaborated the organizational decision-making process. He explained that unlike B2C transactions, B2B purchase focuses on logic, long-term value, and return on investment. He shared key geographical expansion strategies like Circular battle formation (“chakravyugam”) at Janatics and discussed the key influencing factors viz., organizational goals, industry trends, regulatory compliance and supplier relationships.
