The session featured Mrs. Abinaya Rajendran S, an Agile Master, Process Coach, and Compliance Expert at Bosch, Coimbatore. With a strong academic background in Engineering (ECE) and an MBA in Project Management, Mrs. Abinaya brought a wealth of experience to the discussion. She focused on bridging the gap between campus life and corporate expectations, emphasizing the importance of process excellence, mentorship, and adaptability during the transition phase. Through relatable real-life examples, she highlighted how challenges can be turned into opportunities, inspiring students to develop the mindset and skills needed to excel in their careers.

The guest lecture on Future Career & Job Opportunities in Cyber security, Cyberlaws & Digital Assets Liability was organized on December 13, 2024, for students of I MBA (Batch 2024-26). The guest lecture was facilitated by Soenil Sobdekar, an industry expert with vast experience in cybersecurity, digital asset protection, and regulatory frameworks like the DPDPA. His insights provided a comprehensive understanding of the evolving landscape of digital protection and compliance. He reiterated on the Emerging Opportunities in Cybersecurity, emphasizing on the growing demand for cybersecurity professionals across industries and the different job roles such as Threat Analysts, Cybersecurity Strategists, and Penetration Testers were discussed. He touched upon the Cyberlaws and Compliance Frameworks, the overview of laws governing data protection and privacy giving practical examples of DPDPA implementation and its impact on businesses. He elucidated Digital Asset Protection and the significance of liability protection for digital assets in the modern economy and the strategies for mitigating risks through advanced cybersecurity solutions.
