Guest Lecture on Strategy Formulation and Implementation by Mr. Jayesh Shah, Chief Executive Officer, Svatantra Micro Housing Finance Corporation Ltd., Mumbai on February 09, 2024.

An online Guest Lecture on ‘Strategy Formulation and Implementation’ as a part of the third-semester course, ‘Strategic Management’ was organized by Dr. K.R.Senthilvelkumar, Professor, KCT Business School. The session was delivered by Mr. Jayesh Shah, Chief Executive Officer, Svatantra Micro Housing Finance Corporation Ltd., Mumbai. Mr Jayesh Shah explained the role of strategy in the success of business organizations and the need for the alignment of every department’s action towards it at all levels of the organization. He underscored the importance of contribution from all the employees to the final achievement of any corporate strategy. He attributed the success of this ambitious venture to the effective strategic management process at Svatantra.
