65 students from 1st and 2nd year MBA General Management met Dr.Chella Pandian Pitchai, TEDx Speaker-Executive Coach, Genz and Gen Alpha Mentor, Global Head DEI, Biocon Biologics, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Dr,Pandian debriefed on bringing a diversity culture and building an inclusive climate in an organization. He explained the concepts of diversity and inclusion and the challenges in building and surviving with these two concepts. The session included more games and assessments. The session was coordinated by Dr Thamaraiselvi P, Dr VSS Subbarao and Dr Vignesh- KCT Business School.
