Training Program for Faculty

Transforming Business Education with Zoho Corp CRM & HRM Training from Aug 11 to 30, 2024

KCTBS in association with Zoho Corp organized a Faculty development programme coordinated by Dr K Vignesh, Placement Officer, KCTBS from August 11th to August 30th, 2024. This engaging and hands-on training focused on enabling educators and professionals to leverage the full potential of Zoho’s suite of business tools.

The program was incredibly immersive, covering a broad range of Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho People. We learned to customize each tool for specific business cases, ensuring adaptability for different industry needs. One of the program’s key focuses was scaling these software solutions to meet the demands of large data requirements, providing an in-depth understanding of the platform’s versatility. The applied training explored ways to prepare business students for real-world challenges in marketing, project management, and human resource management systems (HRMS). The training also emphasized equipping students with software skills that will make them competitive in today’s data-driven world.

The sessions were led by senior trainers Mr Sampath Kumar, Ms Nebula Varshini, and Mr Guru Vignesh who shared their expert knowledge, making the experience rich with practical insights. Their guidance was invaluable in navigating the software and tailoring it to educational contexts.
