Dr. Deepa Manickam completed the Train the Trainer Certificate course in Emotional Intelligence through Protouch. Additionally, she has earned a certification of completion from CPD (Continuous Professional Development) as a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach. Dr. Deepa is now a certified trainer with SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), and her Emotional Intelligence certification is approved by HRCI (HR Certification Institute). Holding an HRCI certification represents a globally recognized achievement.
Dr. Deepa Manickam completed a Government of India-approved course on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Train the Trainer program. She is now officially certified as a POSH trainer, equipped to effectively train professionals and raise awareness about preventing workplace harassment.
Mr. BVSS Subba Rao completed an eight days National level Faculty Development Program on Case Based Learning, Teaching, Writing and Publication organized by Vignan University, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh on September 25, 2024 to October 2, 2024.
