Nikhil D Jonathan, Assistant Professor KCTBS, completed Level 1 of the prestigious Forge Fellowship Program for Educators on October 21-24, 2024. The fellowship is a strategic initiative designed to empower educators as leaders in interdisciplinary innovation. Level 1, held at Forge. Factory’s Startup Theatre, focused on foundational innovation frameworks, including design thinking and problem validation. Nikhil excelled in these masterclasses and workshops, where he conceptualized a groundbreaking product innovation using AI algorithms, targeting real-world problem-solving through technology.
