Assistant Professor
Iswarya completed her MBA from PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore, and holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Loyola Icam College of Engineering and Technology, Chennai. She has cleared the UGC NET in Management (Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor).
Iswarya began her career at Arcesium India Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, where she worked as an Associate in the Middle Office. In this role, she managed corporate actions, processed trade amendments, and coordinated with traders and brokers. Following this, she joined ICICI Bank as a Deputy Manager in the Retail Banking Business Loan Group. Here, she focused on client acquisition, screening business loan proposals, and ensuring regulatory compliance in credit assessments.
Iswarya’s research interests focus on the financial performance analysis, financial product analysis and predictive data analytics. She is also engaged in projects exploring predictive analytics, business strategy development, and financial data analytics. Iswarya is actively involved in academia and professional development, participating in national and international conferences.
