Dr. Waqas Niazi is an esteemed academic professional with over five years of experience in the academic realm, served at Aligarh Muslim University Centre in Kishanganj, Bihar, and Murshidabad, West Bengal. His academic journey is distinguished by a strong educational background and significant contributions to the fields of Operations Management and Mechanical Engineering. Doctorate Degree in Operations Management from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from Aligarh Muslim University. Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.

Dr. Niazi is a prolific researcher, having published several articles of great importance in both national and international reputed journals. His work has made a substantial impact in the areas of Operations Management, enriching the scholarly discourse. In his pursuit of excellence, Dr. Niazi has actively engaged in professional development activities. He has attended refresher courses, Faculty Development Programs (FDP), and numerous seminars and conferences, enhancing his knowledge and staying updated with the latest developments in his field.

He has undertaken various administrative responsibilities, including serving as Assistant Dean of Student Welfare and Assistant Superintendent of Examinations.
