Mr. Sitaram Ganapathy

Sitaram Ganapathy started his career as a Systems Engineer in a multi-national company. He then switched over to the Project Management field and has over 35+ years of active work experience. He specialized in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry. Being an expert in Project Management, he has managed enormous size multi-cultural global teams in a multi-national Banking Product company where he successfully managed the implementation of the Banking Application for enormous size banks across the world. Notably, some of his clientele through the years includes leading global banks such as Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Bank of China, Morgan Stanley, National Bank of Vietnam, and other prominent Micro-Finance Institutions.

He is a Graduate in English Literature and did his post graduate diploma in computer applications. He had mentored freshers who joined his organization in the various project management techniques who went on to become experts over a period of time. His mentoring enabled the freshers to put into practice the theory that they had learnt in college. His unique practical perspective enabled his mentees to enjoy the stress associated with project management by treating stressful work into a pleasure to be enjoyed. He was instrumental in building the next generation of expert project managers in his organization.
