Value Added Course
As part of our continuous effort to enhance the professional competencies of MBA Project Management students, a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) training program was organized from September 23 to 28, 2024. This initiative aligns with our goal to prepare students for industry-recognized certifications that add value to their academic and career trajectories.31 students of Batch 2023-25 completed the course. A 4-day Bootcamp was organized for I MBA students (Batch 2024-26), as part of their Design Thinking and Innovation Lab course. Mr.Vishnu Nagaraj, CEO and Founder Carve Startup Lab and Ms. Alisha Davis Co-Founder and startup advisor were the resource persons for the same. The bootcamp was conducted from December 16 to 19 2024. The students actively participated in the camp and came up with a lot of ideas regarding product and services. The students were divided into groups and asked to present in the various sessions regarding their creations.

Students came back with an enhanced understanding of Design Thinking and Innovation.
Students gained a comprehensive understanding of the principles of design thinking and its application in solving real-world business problems. Participants explored creative techniques to generate innovative ideas and effectively captured them using tools like the Ideation Canvas.
They learned to conceptualize, design, and refine products and services tailored to customer needs and market demands. Through hands-on activities, students honed their skills in conducting market research and analyzing customer requirements to validate their ideas.
They developed the ability to design viable and sustainable business models for their product or service ideas. Participants also acquired the knowledge and skills to create compelling pitch decks that effectively communicate their business ideas to stakeholders. Students actively applied the concepts learned in the bootcamp to create innovative products and services, showcasing their entrepreneurial mindset.The presence of industry experts like Mr. Vishnu Nagaraj and Ms. Alisha Davis provided students with practical insights into the startup ecosystem and innovation strategies. The bootcamp inspired students to think entrepreneurially and equipped them with tools to translate ideas into actionable business opportunities.
