Leadership Lab – Outbound training program at Leap Academy on November 9, 23 and 30, 2024
The outbound training programme with Leap Academy offered a unique learning journey where 219 students of Batch 2024-26 not only had fun but also understood the importance of listening, teamwork and planning through activities and games which gave them a real time experience in leadership qualities. The activities focused mainly on the Kolb’s Learning cycle and micro-planning. The activity needed leaders and teammates to perform the task given. Each team had to perform the tasks, after completion of each task we had to re- think what happened, reflect on what went wrong, think of ways to correct the mistakes made and apply these strategy and understand how well the task could be completed otherwise.
Further, we had a rope course which included tight rope walking, zipline etc. which is an additional fun activity provided by Leap Academy. The program included participation of 6 faculty and 2 non-academic staffs
