A captivating guest lecture on the “Art of Communication in Project Management” enriched the academic pursuits of MBA Project Management students (Batch 2023-25) as part of the “Managing People and Organization”course. Mr Maria Antony Juderaj a distinguished expert trainer specializing in effective communication, shared his insights with the students. Mr. Juderaj currently holds the position of Senior Manager – HR – at ELGI Equipments Limited in Singanallur, Coimbatore. The session proved to be exceptionally effective, leaving an indelible mark on the students’ understanding on the paramount importance of communication within organizational dynamics.
