Harini.K.S (23MPM006) of MBA Project Management Student shares her Industrial Immersion Project experience at “Ramco Industrial and Technology Service Limited” (RITSL) from 29^th Jan to 7 Feb 2024. She quotes, RITSL is an integral part of the Ramco Group since its establishment in 2002, specializes in implementing cloud and mobile-based Ramco ERP software. The comprehensive product lineup encompasses Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Capital Management, Global Payroll, and Logistics Software. RITSL employs a systematic project life cycle for ERP implementation and post-implementation support. During my industrial immersion program at RITSL, I gained valuable insights into the effective project management practices employed within the organization. I learned about planning, resource allocation, stakeholder management, communication strategies, budgeting, quality assurance, change management, and the intricacies of project closure. The experience was truly enlightening and has provided me with a deeper understanding of project management in a real-world setting. Overall, my time at RITSL was a truly mind-blowing experience and grateful to KCT.BS for offering such opportunities”.
