HR Conclave – with NHRD- HR Technology Trends & Adaptation Strategies by Mr. Sam Ranjit Thomas, Associate Director at EY GDS India on November 16, 2024

The “HR Technology Trends & Adaptation Strategies”
 conclave, organized by the NHRD Coimbatore Chapter in collaboration with KCT Business School, took place on November 16, 2024, at the Kumaraguru Campus, Saravanampatti. This one-day program aimed to explore the latest technological advancements shaping the HR domain and provide actionable strategies for their effective adaptation. The session was led by esteemed keynote speaker, Mr. Sam Ranjit Thomas, Associate Director at EY GDS India, who shared his expertise on leveraging technology to transform HR practices. The event focused on emerging trends such as AI, automation, and HR analytics, offering practical insights into areas like recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Through engaging presentations and real-world case studies, forty-six students, five research scholars and thirty-one industry experts, gained a deep understanding of how organizations can overcome challenges during technology implementation. The interactive discussions and Q&A sessions encouraged active participation, allowing HR professionals, academicians, and consultants to share ideas and seek solutions to real-world challenges. It also served as an excellent networking platform for professionals and academicians, fostering connections and collaborative opportunities. The event was coordinated by student coordinators Azhagu Shanmathi M B, Asvitha J, Ragul L, Deepak Dinakaran, Hema A, Krishnakumar and faculty coordinators Dr P. Thamaraiselvi and Dr.K.Vignesh.
