The resource person is an alumnus of KCT Business School of the recent batch 2022-24.

Alumni Talk Series on September 27, 2024

A seminar series on HR strategies and resume building was conducted on September 27, 2024. The event featured an insightful session led by Mr. Monish Ram A, HR and IT Operations Manager at Powersoft Techno Solution Pte Ltd, an alumni of KCT batch of 2015-2019 EEE. His expertise and in-depth knowledge in the fields of Human Resources and IT operations captivated the audience, offering valuable perspectives on the current trends and best practices in HR management. Mr. Monish Ram’s engaging presentation, coupled with his practical insights into resume building, provided students with essential skills to enhance their employability and prepare for the competitive job market.  The seminar was meticulously organized by the student coordinator, Mr. Gowtham S, (23MBA045 under the able guidance of Dr. Vignesh K, a representative of the Placement Office at KCT Business School (KCTBS). This collaborative effort between the students and the administration contributed significantly to the seminar’s success, fostering a learning environment that bridges academic knowledge with practical industry insights.
