November 21, 2024, KCT Business School hosted an insightful workshop on “eCRM Powered by Zoho” for 60 II MBA students (Batch 2023-25), conducted by Mr. Sampath Kumar J., Manager – Training & Certification, Customer Success, Zoho Corporation. The full day event offered students practical exposure to Zoho CRM’s functionalities and its role in improving business operations.
Mr. Sampath Kumar, a seasoned CRM expert with over a decade of global experience across USA, Europe, Singapore, and Australia, shared his extensive knowledge of Zoho’s CRM modules. He guided students through key features, including:
- Sales Automation: Streamlining lead generation and deal closure processes.
- Workflow Rules: Automating repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Behavioral Segmentation: Utilizing CRM analytics for personalized customer experiences.
The workshop featured interactive sessions with hands-on practice, providing students with a deeper understanding of how Zoho CRM can be utilized to optimize customer engagement, improve sales processes, and achieve better business outcomes across various industries.
