On November 13, 2024, KCT Business School organized a session Level Up Your Career – Career Guidance and LinkedIn Networking, by Mr. Aswin Ram, Product Owner at BOSCH. Known for his initiative “Coffee Connect,” he promotes continuous learning and meaningful professional networking, empowering individuals to develop impactful connections.

Mr. Aswin commenced the session by sharing his personal and professional journey, emphasizing the significance of hard work, consistency, and passion. He advised that individuals must identify their purpose by reflecting on actions they repeat with satisfaction, suggesting that these may align closely with one’s personal and professional goals.

Mr. Aswin reviewed few LinkedIn profiles of the students’, providing practical feedback on enhancing their professional presence. He stressed that social media should serve as a platform for authentic expression rather than a means to impress others. Through constructive feedback, he guided participants on how to improve their profiles for effective networking and professional branding. The session concluded with a strong message on the value of continuous learning, authentic self- expression, and purpose-driven career growth.
