Ms. P.T. Mayuri
Assistant Professor
A Computer Science engineering graduate, followed by an MBA in Innovation Entrepreneurship and Venture development from KCT began the career with the opportunity to handle the intricate documentation and administrative processes for an MBA program in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Development. This was particularly meaningful for me as an alumnus of the same program, providing a unique perspective and a profound understanding of the program’s essence and requirements.
Over the course of a year, I navigated through numerous challenges that honed my skills and broadened my knowledge. These experiences not only enhanced my professional acumen but also deepened my connection to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Today, I am proud to serve as an instructor, teaching courses on entrepreneurship at both undergraduate and graduate levels. My teaching approach emphasizes Design thinking, Sales and Marketing perspectives, two critical pillars in the entrepreneurial journey.
Beyond classroom instruction, I am deeply committed to mentoring students, helping them cultivate innovative mindsets and problem-solving abilities. My mentorship focuses on guiding students to ideate, prototype, and bring their entrepreneurial visions to life. Alongside my teaching responsibilities, I am actively involved in organizing entrepreneurship-focused events. These initiatives include spearheading an entrepreneurship talk series that bridges the gap between aspiring entrepreneurs and seasoned professionals. The series fosters meaningful interactions, inspires creativity, and provides students with practical insights into the entrepreneurial world.
Balancing these diverse roles has been both demanding and fulfilling, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the development of future innovators and entrepreneurs.
