She holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai, and an undergraduate degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electronics and Communication (ECE). Bharathi has spearheaded several key initiatives at TVS Sundram Fasteners, including the successful implementation of online Performance Management and Learning Management systems at the plant level. Additionally, she organized and managed numerous CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities, earning recognition and appreciation from the company’s management.
