On October 14, 2024, KCT Business School’s Placement Cell held an online session titled “ITC Placement Talks – Pre-Placement Insights”, facilitated by Mr. Goutham Raj, a PhD candidate at Thiagarajar School of Management with eight years of experience as an Area Sales Manager at ITC. The session was designed to give management students a comprehensive understanding of career opportunities at ITC, particularly within sales and marketing roles. Mr. Goutham began by introducing ITC’s diverse portfolio, highlighting its leadership in sectors such as FMCG, hospitality, and agribusiness, and discussed the company’s commitment to sustainability and innovation. He went on to detail the various roles available for management graduates, emphasizing the importance of analytical skills, adaptability, and results-oriented thinking for success in these positions.
