RECHARGE 2024

On 19th August 2024, KCT Business School organized “RECHARGE 2024,” an event designed to welcome MBA 2nd-year students and their parents back to campus following their two-month internships. This get-together provided an opportunity to discuss career aspirations and prepare for the academic year ahead. Dr. Sangeetha S, Associate Professor & Programme Coordinator, warmly welcomed the students and their parents as they embarked on the second year of their MBA journey. She emphasized the importance of preparing for the upcoming placement season and encouraged parents to support their children during this critical phase.

Dr. Vignesh K, Placement Officer, delivered a detailed overview of placement guidelines. He shared insights into last year’s placement achievements and outlined industry expectations for the current batch. The eligibility for placement was also emphasized. Mr Freddy Chris M, presented the internship guidelines, the session continued with an overview of the Social Immersion Project (SIP) guidelines provided by Dr Poongodi B. Dr. Thamaraiselvi P then explained the Research Project guidelines, both of which are vital six credit components of the MBA program. The event concluded with a session on “Life at Kumaraguru & Healthy Lifestyle,” led by Mr. Mohankumar, Assistant Manager – OSA and Ms Vallikala, Senior Students Counsellor. They stated the importance of emotional well-being, followed by a presentation on fitness by Mr Prashanth, the Yoga Trainer. The event ended on a high note, leaving students and parents rejuvenated and well-prepared for the year ahead.
