An Interactive session on Powerof Supply Chain and Operations by Mr. Shyam Prashad Rajasekaran, Co-Founder and Chief Operations -Veg Route Agri Tech Private Limited was held on May 19, 2021. About 31 students of MBA & Engineering Department KCT participated in the session. The resource person discussed the promotional strategies of Marketing. He explained about the strategies that are implemented in their Supply Chain Network. He also gave lot of suggestion for the participants in developing Start-ups.  He gave a brief explanation of functions and methodologies used in the Supply Chain Network. The resource person discussed about the inventory management techniques for perishable items. He gave some insights on HR policies and functions in their organization. He explained about consumer behaviour and the perspectives of a consumer. The event was coordinated by Nirmal L -Operations Forum Coordinator- SA 2020-22.
