Dr.P.Mohanamani, Dr.B.Poongodi from KCT Business School and Ms.Shanthi Duraisamy, ABT Dairy conducted two focus group discussions (FGD) with the women and men dairy farmers in Pothiampalayam, Annur Block, Coimbatore district on 18 July 2023. The FGD was done based on the grounded theory approach to study the present-day practices of dairy farming, feed and fodder management as part of the ongoing project titled “Doubling the Farmers’ Income through Scientific Management”.  The project is done in collaboration with ABT Industries (Dairy Division) & Truvet Animal Nutrition and is funded by Management, Kumaraguru college of Technology, Coimbatore.
