A guest lecture was organized for the 18 Learning and Development students of I MBA (Batch 2017-19) on Train the Trainer, to understand the avenues available in the education sector. Ms.Nithyagowri HR Consultant and Career Mapping Professional shared her experiences on how training programs have been used as effective intervention strategies in schools among teachers. The methodology adopted in identifying the problem areas, studying the challenges existing in the work environment and devising suitable strategies for improving work culture as well as student and staff engagement were discussed. The program was organized on March 23, 2018 by student coordinator Akshay of I MBA and faculty coordinator Dr. Kirupa Priyadasini , Associate Professor & Centre head HR.
