A HR Talk was organized on the Role of HR in the Business Space on November 11, 2020.  The talk was facilitated by Mr. AnoopKumar M, HR Manager – Business Partner, L&T Technology Services Ltd. The session gave students a clear picture on the transformation in HR over the years. A brief understanding on HR Business Partner and related concepts. Insights on emerging trends in HR and best practices followed in organizations during the pandemic was shared. 21 students of HR specialization from batch 2019-21 participated in the talk session. Currents trends that are evolving in organizations were discussed and students made the session interactive. The speaker also gave some insights on few of the practices that were adopted by various organizations in this new normal. The HR Talk was coordinated by Pooja S, Forum Manager – HR.
