A guest lecture on Sales Management – Essential Perspectives was scheduled and conducted on November 15, 2017. Mr.N.G. Venkat, Visiting Director – Board of Stotaa Health Inc. U.S was the facilitator and deliberated about the best practices of a sales manager. He also highlighted the different types of sale processes which could create an impact on the sales system as a whole. Further he interacted with the student about the significance of the negotiation skills that will help a sales manager to close the sales successfully. The session was organized by Dr. V.Kaarthiekheyan, Associate Professor, School of Marketing.
