KCT Business School organized a real time direct selling activity in the B2B space for the students of Business Adminstration from KCT Business School and Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts. Snack Experts, a Chennai based organization sponsored the event which is operating in the business of healthy office snacks. Snack Experts helps workplaces to gradually eliminate junk foods to improve productivity and wellness without compromising taste and budget. This real-time learning, gives an opportunity for our students to understand the Sales Process, Provides a platform for the students to explore various approaches in Direct Selling and Help Students to Gain Confidence and Motivate them through Cash Prizes
Mr.Arul Murugan, CEO of Snack Experts, Chennai addressed the 64 participants and explained about the process in the sales funnel. Mr.Sasitharan, Customer Relationship Manager of Snack Experts advised them to form teams of 5 members and also deliberated on the Online Direct Marketing. The event was launched on October 17, 2018. A peer learning session was organized where Singaram II MBA(batch 2017-19) shared the steps involved in the selling process
The participants formed teams and are expected to generate leads and take orders for Snack Experts during the festival season. The teams will approach the organizational clients and all the participants will receive appreciation certificates. The top sales team will receive cash prizes in the form of incentives. The event was coordinated by Mr.Vishnu Varadha, Ms.Veena Ragavi, Mr.Nithya Prakash and Ms.Srinandita of Batch 2018-20 under the guidance of Dr.B.Poongodi, Assistant Professor, Centre of Marketing
