As a part of course Brand Management, a guest lecture on Role of Media in Brand Building was organized. The program was on March 13, 2018. Ms.Riya Joseph, Senior Manager, ITC, Bangalore was the resource person. She has almost fifteen years of experience in the field of Media Planning and Buying. Previously she worked with top firms like Group M, IPG, Mediavest, and Madison. The forum provided insights on the changing behaviour of consumers and growing trends in field of media. Facilitator shared numerous live examples on how brand communications are moulded to the changing needs of consumers. The forum also highlighted the opportunities available for the brands to reach the consumers through the personalised content using more touch points. 44 students of batch 2017 – 2019 benefited out of this program. The overall program was coordinated by R.Karthika (I MBA) under the guidance of Ms.Latha.A, Assistant Professor, Centre of Marketing.
