A team consisting of Dr.G.Ramakrishnan, Principal Investigator, Dr.J.Srinivasan, Head – Fashion Technology, Dr.B.Poongodi and Dr. Velmurugan- Co- Investigators from KCT Business School and Dept of Mechanical Engineering respectively visited Samathur palace. The team inspected the installation of two looms at Chinna aranmanai, the space allocated for field testing in Samathur, Pollachi block. There was a discussion with Mr.Deivasigamani, handloom weaver of Samathur regarding the participation in the upcoming marketing event, ‘Angadi 2018’ planned by KCT Business School.
