An academician driven by passion with a diverse educational background, including a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, an MBA in General Management, and a Ph.D. in Social Entrepreneurship. With nearly seven years of industry experience, including roles as a Software Development Engineer at Accenture, Sales Manager at Zomato, and Business Development Consultant, I bring a practical perspective to the classroom.With nearly four years of teaching experience, I specialize in entrepreneurship, marketing, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and ethics emphasizing skill-based learning over traditional textbook approaches. I believe that real-world skills are essential for student evaluation and success. My approach is rooted in empathy and kindness, fostering an inclusive environment where students can thrive and develop their independent thinking. My goal is to inspire the next generation of innovators and leaders, ensuring they are equipped with the skills needed to navigate an ever-changing world

My vision is to establish a skill-based educational system that prioritizes practical learning over traditional textbook assessments. I aim to build career skills at the grassroots level while promoting community development, empowering students to become innovative thinkers and impactful leaders in an ever-changing world.
