Working as Assistant Professor in KCT Business School, Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore, Ms.Vanitha Natarajan, Educate students, Mentor them and also focus on Social Immersion Projects.
She has graduated with an MBA degree affiliated to Bharathiar University along with a Diploma in E- commerce.
With 9 years of professional and 6 years of freelancing experience, Ms. Vanitha Natarajan specializes in focusing on the Human side of Human Resources Management.
As a Human Resource professional, she has majorly worked for an ERP giant called SAP India Pvt ltd, along with few other firms such as a BPO, a Consulting firm and an Educational technology organization. Her first learning project experience was in the esteemed Taj Group of Hotels on Environment Management System.
Throughout her career she has maintained trust of her stakeholders and has a strong record as an active partner of business with the assigned leadership team to address people challenges in business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Proactive partnering with Managers in organizations to understand their business dynamics and help them come up with strategic focus areas to have a positive impact on their business
• Guide managers on handling employee issues
• Work with LOB heads to effectively implement the global programs for the LOB and work with HR COE’s for customizations where needed
• Drive and execute yearly HR activities such as Operational Workforce Planning, Performance & Talent Management, Employee Development & Career Path, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Benefits Management and Exit of Employees for the assigned Managers/Employees. Also follow up to ensure that all HR processes are executed in alignment with expectations.
• Identify critical HR metrics and provide data driven HR business insights. Identify human capital challenges LOB wise and propose alternative solutions.
• Headcount management by understanding the talent needs of the business and prioritizing the headcount accordingly
• Responsible for local policy development, administration and communication.
• Design programs for employee engagement activities for the calendar year
• Assist employees in cases of escalations on operations and quick response to employees complaints and needs
• Collaborated effectively with COE’s , HR BP’s and Shared services to ensure that HR solutions are delivered effectively to the employee
• Handled smooth process transitions to shared services & vendors
• Well versed with SAP tools and systems
