A guest Lecture on Measuring Training Effectiveness by Mr. Maria Antony Juderaj, ELGI Equipments Limited for the course Learning and Development was conducted on November 4, 2017 for HR Specialization students. The guest lecture focused on the methods for measuring the effectiveness of training and the feedback process after measuring the effectiveness. The guest speaker Mr. Maria Antony made the session very interesting and the students were highly interactive. He touched and elaborated on Kirkpatrick model and explained the model with industry flavor of how the training effectiveness is measured in ELGI, he started the session with a motivational story and ended with a story.
