A one week Management Development Program for 25 participants from a leading MNC- Cameron- in India was conducted at KCT BS during April 11-18, 2013. The theme of the program was “Building Excellence at Work Place”. Cameron is a leading provider of flow equipment products, systems and services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries. The participants were a group of experienced Engineering Team Leaders. The program aimed to develop and strengthen work related behavior skills to make the trainees competent and confident in handling teams and tasks effectively and efficiently. The program was designed keeping in mind the specific roles and responsibilities of the participants, where in, they not only have learning but also have some time for retrospection. The sessions focused on intra-personal, interpersonal, team and organizational level behavior enhancement.
