A Guest Lecture on Managing Risk in Projects was organized on December 18, 2021, for II MBA students of   Batch 2020-22 students as a part of the Project Management course. The primary objective of the lecture was to gain insights on Managing Risk in Projects. Bhuvana Sundar Soorapaiah, Program Manager, Robert Bosch, Coimbatore was the resource person of the session. The speaker demonstrated how to manage the project, overcome risk and explained how positive risks are useful. The lecture was helpful for the students to acquire knowledge in project risk and managing projects.
