ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The program is aimed at Entreprenerus and Intrapreneurs who are looking to grow their business in the digital age. Gone are the days where we could just put an ad and expect sales to go up. Now with the new changes in technology and with the number of choices that customers have, the challenge is for the entrepreneurs to tap and target them. This programme will give an overview of various digital marketing platforms that businesses can use for achieving growth. This programme will equip entrepreneurs with the tools and techniques of digital marketing so that they can integrate digital into their marketing plan. This programme is jointly organised by Center for Analytics, Center for Marketing and Center for Entrepreneurship.
G. K. Suresh or GK as he is popularly known, has over 22 years of Corporate experience with ITC Limited. During this tenure he has spanned roles across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development & Business Head. His last assignment was as Vice President, New Category Development with the Foods Business where he oversaw the launch of Fabelle Chocolates and Sunbean Coffee. Prior to that, he was VP-Marketing for the Foods business looking after the categories of Atta, Biscuits, Snacks, Noodles, Confectionery, Juices, Dairy and Ready to Eat. He also directly oversaw Marketing Services which encompasses Media, Research, Modern Trade, Packaging & Exports. From 2007-11 he was Head – Brands and Business Development with the Personal Care business where he oversaw the launches of Fiama Di Wills & Vivel across the categories of Soaps, Shampoos and Talcs . He is an Electrical & Electronics engineer from BITS Pilani and an MBA from FMS-Delhi.
Mr.Yaagneshwaran Ganesh (YG) is an author, columnist, marketing enthusiast and a professional speaker at conferences, organizations and academic institutions globally. He along with Christian Factor, co-founded Marketing Sync, a marketing consulting company that helps organizations establish marketing synchronicity. He has a certificate in Strategy Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode and an MBA in marketing from Jansons School of Business, Coimbatore. His mission “One globe, one experience” is to explore marketing practices at organizations of different sizes, industry and cultures across the globe and enable a unified customer experience for brands across platforms. Yaagneshwaran shares his perspective via columns, blogs and articles. Some of the leading business forums where Yaagneshwaran writes are Huffington Post, Tech Story, dtNEXT, Management Next, RonSela.com, and more. He has published 3 books in the area of Digital Marketing.
Mr. Jagan is a Sales, Marketing & Training professional with 18+ years of experience in the Information Technology, Consulting and banking industry domain. He has proven Track record of setting up, scaling up and growing Top & Bottom-line for varied business. His expertise lies in business growth, revenue generation, strategy planning, sales and marketing, Business Consulting, Digital Marketing, customer acquisition, key account management, service quality, training & development. He is an early adopter of Digital techniques to achieve performance metrics in the internet world and a qualified & certified Digital Analytics Practitioner. He has handled 100+ Seminars, Workshops and Trainings across Educational Institutions, Business Organizations and Conferences. He has designed innovative business capabilities and new business models with Digital, Design Thinking, Advanced Analytics and Insights. He is an Expert in Digital Marketing – Strategy, Campaign Management, Operations across Web, Social & Mobile.
