Dr.B.Poongodi Assistant Professor, School of Marketing attended a 3 day faculty development program on “Structural Equation Modelling and Scale Development Version 2” from June 23-25, 2017 organized by Department of Management Studies, Kongu Engineering College, Erode. The FDP was conducted on a workshop mode and provided a balanced mix of conceptualization and theory building and hands on practical sessions on Structural Equation Modelling, Mediation and Moderation using AMOS in SPSS software
