Background:
Dr.Kirupa Priyadarsini, Associate Professor and Centre Head – HR , KCT Business School has been in academics for 10 years and is passionate about teaching, research and experiential learning. Having pursued her doctoral degree through the UGC JRF scheme, she has a keen interest in statistical data analysis. She has presented papers in IISc and IIM s. and has presented papers in 13 International Level Conferences and 10 National Level conferences. She has publications to her credit. She has been the resources person for Psychometric workshops, creativity and lateral thinking workshops and Research workshops in Colleges in Chennai and Coimbatore. She also serves as a consultant for Competency Mapping and Development for companies in Coimbatore. She is a University I rank Holder and Gold Medalist in her MBA and a University 5th Rank Holder in her under graduation.
Responsibilities
She heads the Centre for Human Resources as Centre Head. She is responsible for the timetable setting as Time table coordinator. She is a Committee member of the Research Forum. She is very actively involved in consultancy assignments. She is also the Library Committee Member
