One day HR Analytics Boot Camp was organized by the HR Domain and the Analytics Domain of KCT BS. A total of 67 students from Sri Krishna College of Technology, NGP Institute of Technology, KGISL Institute of Technology and Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology were part of the Boot camp. The main aim of the Boot camp was to introduce Analytics to Human Resource students and the one-day session was divided into four sections. The first section was to Introduce the concept of Human Resource Information System and the session was delivered by Mr Kabilan Chakaravarthy, Lead Consultant at Grant Thornton US, who is also an KCTBS Alumnus of Batch 2009-2011. The second session was on HR Metrics which was delivered by Ms Vanitha N, Assistant Professor, KCT Business School and the third Session that focused on Predictive Analysis was delivered by Mr Vivek Raj SN, Assistant Professor from the Analytics Domain of KCT Business School. The last session was on Creation and Usage of Dashboards, and it was facilitated by Mr Dinesh, Senior Project Lead, Lantrasoft Pvt Ltd. The feedback revealed that the session was very useful for all the participants. The Bootcamp was Coordinated by Dr Deepa M, Dr Thamarai Selvi P and Mr Vivek Raj SN of KCT Business School.
