The workshop on AI tools in Management research was conducted on 16th August 2023. This workshop gave an insight into the use of Artificial intelligence in Teaching, Learning and Management Research. The prerequisite for the workshop was informed to the participants and they were present with their personal devices accordingly. Feedback was collected from each participant after the workshop. 15 faculty members of KCTBS participated in the hands-on workshop and Dr.Thamaraiselvi was the program coordinator from KCTBS.

The workshop started with a welcome note and the resource person Dr.M.Ezhilarasi, Professor and Head, School of Foundation Science gave a brief introduction about the basics of AI and a detailed note was taken for discussion.  She interconnected the concepts of AI and Management. She handheld the faculty to work on the AI tools with illustrations and facilitated the faculty-participants to interpret the AI reports. There was a post hands-on practice slot proposed to enhance the research papers based on AI. A vote of thanks was delivered on behalf of the research forum of KCTBS. This hands-on workshop on AI in Management Research enabled the faculty-participants to learn about Artificial Intelligence, and how it makes life comfortable for Management teachers and researchers.
