Guest Lecture on Shortlisting and Filtering
A Talk was organized on Shortlisting and Filtering on November 16, 2020 for students of II MBA- HR specialization (Batch 2019-21). Mr. Hari Prakash, IT Recruiter, CareerNet Technologies (Alumni of KCT Business School Batch 2017-2019) addressed the HR students. He spoke about real time Shortlisting and Filtering in Career Net Technologies. He emphasized the importance of having basic skill required by the students as prospective recruiters. His session was very interactive, and the students raised many questions which he clarified. Mr. Hari has also informed students to apply for internship in his organization. This session was coordinated by Dr. Deepa. M, Assistant Professor HR.
