Dr Maria Tresita Paul V was awarded the Doctor of Philosophy in Management discipline at the formal convocation ceremony held at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore on August 24, 2023. Her PhD research was on work-home interface and usage of positive psychology towards coping burnout among medical doctors in long term and facilitating job and life satisfaction. The publications and manuscripts based on Dr. Paul’s PhD are published in ABDC, Anna University Annexure I and Web of Science indexed Journals.
