Executive Development Program (EDP) on Project Risk Management
22 MBA – Project Management students along with Dr.Kannan V, Professor KCT Business School participated in the 5 day Virtual EDP on Project Risk Management organised by the School of Civil Engineering and VIT Business School, VIT Chennai from 13.03.2023 to 17.03.2023. The sessions were conducted daily from 10 AM to 11.30 AM and from 02 PM to 03.30 PM. The first day session on Project Risk gave an introduction to project risks and risk management plans. The second day session was on risk identification and developing a risk register. The third day session was on qualitative and quantitate risk analysis. The fourth day session was on risk response and the final day session covered risk monitoring. The resource persons were from industries of repute and faculty from VIT.
