Background:

Dr.Shripria.V, has a passion to be associated with young minds in the arena of Teaching Consulting, Institution building and Social Initiatives. She brings in two decades of experience as a faculty in B school and a stint in consulting that continued throughout the career. Has held head positions both in teaching and Industry. Has presented and published research articles and papers in renowned and referred journals. Many National Conferences, Seminars and Symposiums in the areas of Management and health care services were organized by her. Was instrumental in setting up an entrepreneurial cell at the B school and worked towards establishing the MOU with International Universities. Held the head position of Human Resource that included a Tertiary Care Institute of Medical sciences and Research (PSG Institutions, Coimbatore) and Paramedical colleges of Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Nursing. Also brings the experience of being the Director at Trinity Consultants that has successfully consulted in the areas of Supply chain, Branding, Performance Management, Training, EI and NABH Accreditation for Hospitals. Is an auditor for NABET in Schools. Has organized and conducted training programs, Management development programs and faculty development programs for Executives and Employees in Health Care, Education and Business. Has been an invitee speaker in various forums, guest lectures, conferences etc. Has successfully set up and is involved in managing a firm in Knitwear trading. Director @ SP Trading

Research Project: Appointed Expert Member in Indian MSMEs’ responses to the Covid-19 pandemic crisis (A Research Project funded by HEFCE Global Challenge Research Fund, United Kingdom)
This is a project funded by HEFCE Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF) 2019-20 allocation for Kingston University. The project investigates the multi-disciplinary challenges facing Indian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) businesses focusing generally on business strategy in an economic downturn and particularly on coping mechanisms and innovative behaviour in the light of the economic crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The project aims to build capacity with business managers, entrepreneurs and policy makers in India. The approach used in the project is for generating pathways to impact focusing on three user groups: entrepreneurs, membership associates for businesses and policy makers.
