Background:

Dr. B. Madhumitha belongs to a family of Research and Teaching background. She has completed her schooling in Cochin, and then completed her B.E. in Electronics & Communication and MBA degree specialized in HR. She has completed her Doctorate in HR in the area of Competency Mapping at the Madurai Kamaraj University.
Started her career with Kirtilals Kalidas Jewellers (P) Ltd as Management Trainee and grew to the level of Assistant Manager within a short span, there she had handled various HR activities in Corporate, Manufacturing and Retail. She was associated with Sharadha Terry Products Pvt Ltd, KG Group as Manager – Corporate HR where she was heading all the Corporate HR activities for 2 manufacturing units, each with a work force of 1200 employees and worked towards meeting the requirements of international customers. She also had the opportunity to spearhead various HR automations and system implementation projects.
Self-motivated, hardworking and passionate HR person. She believes in her communication skills and interpersonal skills which have helped her to achieve higher goals and the goodwill of her superiors /team. She has the ability to self-regulate, multitask and be flexible in any work environment and also work towards the expectations of the management and growth of the company.
