A guest lecture on Current Trends and Innovations in Learning and Development In Industry was organized for the 37 HR Specialization students of II MBA (Batch 2020-22), to provide industry connect and learning to students the event will provide an opportunity to understand the latest developments in HR. The guest lecture was facilitated by Ms. Julie Kirubavathy, Senior HR Manager, EC international. The guest provided a lot of HOTS for students to think and answer and introduced the concept of learning and development Innovations in HR policies and practices to be addressed, designed, and integrated into the curriculum and in real-life practices. Students discussed the importance of HR paradigms and interacted with the resource person on how to choose the organization for work-life. Students were provided with an opportunity to understand the new concepts in HR and HR Innovations in Learning and development.
