A guest lecture was organized on Consumer Attitude- Challenges and Interventions at Coca Cola for marketing students of I MBA (Batch 2018-20) on March 11, 2019. The guest speaker was Ms. Rani Kumarasamy, Key Accounts Executive at Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd and also an alumnus of KCT Business School (Batch 2016-18). She is currently handling five districts of Tamil Nadu and managing large national accounts customers. Also, she was a managing distributor with a turnover of 10 crore per annum. She emphasized on the key factors of consumer attitude such as beliefs, affect and behavioural intention with real time examples. The strategies adopted by Coca Cola to meet customer needs like push& pull strategies, PLC strategy, flanking, multi branding, evolution and adaption were explained in detail. This guest lecture was organized by Dr. Poongodi B, Assistant Professor, Centre for Marketing.
