Centre for Human Resource organized Certificate course “Certified Recruitment Analyst” on October 4 and 5, 2017.The certificate was offered by Middle Earth Consultants and Carlton Advanced Management Institute USA. 13 students enrolled for the HR Certification. The session was facilitated by Ms.Srividhya, Deputy Director, Middle Earth HR consultants. The certification program started with providing insight on competence model, Hiring process, Recruitment metrics, Cost of bad Recruitment with the help of case study, Competency iceberg model, O-net Overview. Presentation on job element analysis and sourcing for different roles were done by different teams.
The course covered BEI (Behavior event interview), Competency level L0, L2, L3 and L4.How to find out the Red flag areas in an interview was also taught. 3 types of filtering: Knowledge based filtering, Skill based filtering and academic based filtering discussed. Commonly used tests during an interview process were also taught. Role plays were done by students from different teams .The role plays were prerecorded and played back to find out the mistakes each team did during the interview process as an Interviewer. All the responses were enthusiastic about the content, presentation, and the overall quality of the program. The Course was coordinated by Dr.Kirupa Priyadarsini.
