The Coimbatore Center for Weavers, (CCW) Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore was launched & the RPL training commenced on January 9, 2020 at Samathur, Anamalai Taluk, Coimbatore. 385 participants had registered and were trained by the RPL facilitators, Dr. G.Ramakrishnan, Professor  & Head, Department of Fashion Technology and Dr.B. Poongodi, Assistant Professor, KCT Business School who ensured the successful completion of training and assessment for 385 handloom weavers since January 2020.
