Company-specific training for City Union Bank was conducted on November 23, 2019. The training was part of stepping up the students towards City Union Bank [CUB] on-campus placement drive. 50+ participants of II MBA (Batch 2018-20) attended the session. The training began with an overview of CUB placement processes, understanding of job role and description, career growth and the need for up-skill by Jenyl Joseph, Alumni –Batch 2017-19 & Senior Associate CUB, Madurai. I MBA students of KCT Business school had orientation on Industry Immersion Project on November 13, 2019. During the orientation students were given clarity on how to approach organizations for doing internship. The forum provided details on the major objective and benefits of doing internship. The platform also educated the participants on the diverse area to be studied and guidelines to be followed while preparing the reports. The faculty team including Dr. Latha. A, Dr. Kannan and Dr. Mohanamani interacted with the students during the orientation.

Dr. Kirupa Priyadarsini served as a facilitator for a half day workshop on Applications of Quantitative Methods in Management using MS Excel for I year MBA Students at Bharathiar School of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bharathiar University. The session focused on giving students a hands on training on excel tools available for managers to aid in decision making. 120 students participated in the workshop as 2 batches and benefitted from the program which was organized on November 26,2019
